Delivery Time
Normal lead time is 1-2 business days. We always try to ship all orders as soon as possible, and if you order a stocked item before 3pm on a business day we will usually get your order shipped the same day.
However, some fireplaces require that we send them on pallets and this is unfortunately not always possible to do with same-day shipping.
Non-inventory products
We do not have the opportunity to keep several of our branded products in stock. Often these fireplaces come in many different configurations and are therefore first produced when ordered. The delivery time for these products will therefore usually be around 10-14 business days.
Tracking
As soon as we complete and pack your order, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address, where you will be able to track the package until delivery.
If you do not receive any tracking information - please contact our customer service where we will be able to help you.
Products in Stock
At Bioethanol-Fireplace we know that waiting can be difficult. That is why we always try to have as many of our fireplaces and products in stock so we can ship your order as soon as possible.

Custom Made Products
If you need a custom-made fireplace in tailor-made dimensions, colours, etc., the production and delivery time will vary. The expected delivery time is therefore agreed with our customer service when ordered.
